On Monday we had a high of 74 and today we woke up to a pretty snowfall, and as of 10:45 am, the snow is still on the ground and beautifully coating the trees. We love the change of seasons and the boys were excited about the snow.
But there is a downfall. Snowpants, boots, coats, hats and mittens.
Ben and Matt wanted to bring all their gear to school today, and of course, I hadn't pulled anything out. I frantically found everything and had the boys quickly try things on to see what would still fit. We found things for both boys, but it was crazy as we were racing against the clock to get to school on time.
Matt being Matt was stressed about how to carry everything, where to put it all in his locker, and how to keep track of it all. I tried to assure him he would be okay, but he was quite worked up. He'll have ALL WINTER to get used to the new routine!
I guess I'll have ALL WINTER with this routine, too.
