Baking and the Park

While Heather and her kids were in town, we had a few days of rain.  Fortunately, Heather had seen some creative cookies to bake, so we got down to business making Minion cookies from Despicable Me 2 and high heel cookies for the girls.  (Although the boys enjoyed making those, too!)

Not quite as cute as the Pinterest picture, but still cute.

Torrey was awesome with her shoe designs.

When the weather cleared up we headed to a nearby church/school to take advantage of their big playground.  With this many kids we had to be a little creative to keep the arguing at bay, so the elementary teacher in me kicked in and I taught the kids "Huckle Buckle Beanstalk", which is kind of like "Hide the Thimble".  They had a good time playing.
